SERIAL KEY- NOT WORKING
Tried all several troubleshooting mention in the previous thread.

But still it's not working.

Any other suggestions?

Useless! I've messed with this until I got angry. Total waste of time and I've requested a refund. I did everything that was suggested. Even copy and paste. Still it says key is wrong. A real shame, it looks to be a good game.

is the problem general?
because when I try to open tropical 3 the key always appears, when I press play, it says error code 53

Same problem, product key (Tropico 3 Steam Special Edition including Absolute Power) is not working! I copy-paste it multiple times and it displays "This serial number is wrong", so impossible to play the game. Sent an e-mail to Kalypso support but just got an automatic response, no solution so far. Very poor customer service!
