Key fix update
Hi everyone,

we apologize for the issue that's been surfacing currently with the extra in-game Absolute Power and Gold Edition serial codes. This was caused by a technical issue in the backend and with our latest update we were able to resolve it.

wir entschuldigen uns für das Problem, welches zuletzt mit den Seriencodes von Tropico 3 Absolute Power und der Gold Edition im Spiel auftauchte. Dies war auf ein technisches Problem im Backend zurückzuführen, das wir mit unserem letzten Update behoben konnten.

My copy goes through endless preparing to launch windows. This is after I said to automatically close that window because it kept showing me the key. Are you sure it is fixed?

Hello, sorry to say that this game probably needs a new update regarding key issues, because this last update you've been talking about did not work for me today. I alrdy opened my full ticket with Kalypso. Good day.

Alright. Sorry for being a bit acerb with the Kalypso Support... just this constant lack of communication/visibility between different departmts/cells of a (digital) company... I replied to them before seing your answer to me here.
This ticket number is: 69299. And the dxdiag file was initially enclosed, as you required.
PS: Im not mother tongued English nor German (so it's not that easy to express myself very accurately)
