Limited Character Banners - Question regarding pity

Hi there! I have a question regarding limited character summons. I am relatively new to the game and decided to pull on the Music Festival limited character banner. I was hoping to get lucky and obtain Inase Scholar. I did managed to obtain a limited character early in my summons but it was Bunny Hop. My question is, will the next limited character on this banner be Inase guaranteed, or is there still a chance I'll lose the 50/50 and get another Bunny Hop? Just wondering if Inase is guaranteed for me on the next limited character I pull on this banner as I am close to accumulating enough bond insignia to purchase her from the store. Thanks in advance!

Each drawing is a completely independent event between two event personas. In other words, contrary to your expectation, the probability of hitting those two personas will be equal forever. No bias here. The only promise is 'one SSR within 100 draws'.

We sometimes see complaints of misfortunes that the desired persona is not obtained despite nearly 400+ draws, i.e., only the other event persona is drawn repeatedly.

On the other hand, we also see reports of having the good fortune to draw two wanted personas in the first 10 draws.

It is possible that there are adjustments being made to make it more dramatic, but I suppose it is always the opposite of what we expect!

I am tempted to use my bond insignia to obtain Inase Scholar as I just hit 300. I am however, undecided for the moment. I only have Dazzlebright and Pale Angel for healing and while I was thinking about saving for White Rose in the future Inase seems pretty appealing especially for PvE. What is also making me think hard about the decision is that Inase Arbiter is also in the store who I would also really like! I have already got decent Offensive characters built like Tigerstripe, Sera and my Timekeeper is maxed stars. Arbiter looked cool for the AoE although I do have Cheesecake and Butterfly Dream as options there. lol gonna think about it for a bit but I have the itch for a new character and I need the healing. Blood Moon Misaki is also on the cards later down the line but Alana is holding her own and seems great option as my main tank for now.

What you think? Would Inase Scholar with my bond insignia from the store be a wise purchase?
