[SOLVED] Endless update loop - can't enter the game

The game starts downloading update again after full download and short loading that even don't show the label "loading...".
I had the same problem when the last major update was released (November 21). Before that update it worked great.
I've already tried all the methods that are suggested in discussions: I tried to reinstall the game; clear the folder ...\Pinkcore\Rise of Eros\AssetBundles\Temp; delete full that folder; make symbolic link.
Maybe someone had the same issue and found out how to solve it?
P.S. I have a normal internet speed.

I've solved problem with endless updating in such a way:
(I'M NOT SURE (but it seems to be) THAT VARIABLES BELOW ARE USED ONLY BY RISE OF EROS, SO I RECOMMEND TO WRITE DOWN THEIR CURRENT VALUES AND PUT IT BACK IF IT DON'T WORK FOR YOU)
Go to "Edit the system environment variables"->"Environment variables...",
then create user variables "TEMP", "TMP" and write the following: "C:\Users\<YOUR USER NAME>\AppData\LocalLow\Pinkcore\Rise of Eros\AssetBundles\Temp" (you should enter your user name instead of <YOUR USER NAME>),
then create new system variables also names "TEMP", "TMP" and their values should be "%TEMP%", "%TMP%" (as previously named user variables).
After that restart the computer and try to start the game.
