Bug where equipment does not come off.

For some reason, the relic I got from the gacha is already equipped and cannot be used as a strengthening material.
There is no character in the party with the relic equipped, so I cannot remove the relic.

I have the same issue. I have several R relics that the game says are claimed by persona, but I've checked the battle prep, special event battle prep and both Arena battle preps and the relics aren't in use. It would really help if there was a way to:

• Know who had the relic equipped from the Inventory screens
  
• Be able to unequip the relic from all persona from the Inventory screens

This is a long standing common issue and many players are complaining about this.

Fatally bad design that players can't find the equipment at all;
- Relics in the "dispatch" team for 10h-22h after dispatch starts
- Relics equipped in PvP offense team after the last battle of the day
- Persona shown in your "Profile" page.

So it is recommended to check and remove all of your unnecessary relics before;
- a new dispatch starts,
- the final Colosseum battles (normal/special) each day
- leaving your profile edit screen.

Sometimes toggling all suspicious relics 'equip then unequip' one by one might help, since the equipment status can be different from the server. data (To me this happened twice at PvP arenas)

They need to sort this out. Make relic mirror or something and not touching the actual relic in the inventory

It is possible this issue is caused by auto setting the dispatches and not paying attention to what relics are getting auto equiped

@MadMan: That's part of it, but it's a bigger problem than just Dispatch locking relics. There really needs to be a way to see who has claimed a relic and a way to forcibly take it back. Oddly, you can do this in the game with equipment (armor, accessories, etc.), but not with relics.

This issue has been Slightly improved in March 19 update.
Now we can check what relic is used where from the inventory window.

But still a big problem remains.
After the last Colloseum battle each day., we can't release or can't even check relics equipped by the Colloseum offense teams at all,

We are forced to consume extra crystals to make one more battle to come back to the teaming window, or we have to wait until the first battle opens next day.

Do not leave any relec equipped by any of your persona at Colosseum, it it is expected to be used to boost your another relic.
