As I already explained in other threads, I will summarize here.
EroLabs has nothing to do with Steam. Both platforms only distribute the game; they don't publish it.
Since the publisher Pinkcore doesn't have its own account service, the accounts used are created on, and owned by, the distribution platforms- EroLabs uses EroLabs account, and Steam uses Steam account.
There is no way to sync data because the licenses provided by the publisher to these platforms are different and unrelated to each other, with their own specific terms and conditions, and the accounts exist on different data servers that have no contract to share them.
It's the same reason why you can't use your Steam account on PlayStation, and vice versa.
This is not the whole truth. It all boils down how much dev wants to do it. They can make in-game mechanics to transfer the save data by for example using email and password. Or by saving a crypted file and loading it into steam client. They can rent a cheap server just to make a transfer possible for 1-3 months. They even can make a separate master account to make cross play possible.
