Yes I know, some people hate cheats etc...
I just want some karma and money cheats so i can build a certain special chars that's it :)
And i cant use the trainer from Cheathappens since i won't pay for a trainer.

The game comes with an editor. Edit to your hearts content. Add a "what's 1+1?" quest at the start that grants a thousand karma for finishing.

How do I do that? :)

Not saying it's easy, but Google "shadowrun returns editor tutorial" to find a bunch of places to get started.

If you like to run cheats for games then Cheat Happens is a good buy. Pay once and get the cheats for all the games they release cheats for. If you use cheats it will be the best game-related purchase you ever make.AND their ShadowRun Returns trainer works for the steam version of the game.

if it were about logic, then more meat = more essence = get fat!

but alas you cannot gain more essence in the normal campaign, only less by installing cyberware

I can manage making the map and adding an npc to it but i have no idea how to make that npc interactable or how to make him give me +karma. i'll try and keep an eye on the workshop I guess. And yes cheat happens is a good buy but after steam sales im kinda low on money atm :)

add an actor spawner, click on the story data cogwheel -> new conversation, add the karma of your choice to the conversation nodes, save it and assign it to the actor spawner (select it + hammer icon on properties and choose the conversation you just made)

is it just me or is the editor missing lots of hotkeys :( also its quite bloated and overly complicated, like you cant create a conversation when you chose one, where it actually would make sense :P

Buying trainers from scumbag sites is never a good idea unless you want your credit cards number sent to Russia and you hate playing games with people and hate gaming and are generally a douche that should be sent into space then excised from history.

Having no luck with the ditor (to add my npc in main game) or with any cheats out there. And I refuse to subscribe to cheathappens for 1 game :)

can you even load the normal campaign inside the editor? :Y
else you could make a new char on your karma npc map (with a checkpoint after zoning to another scene) and import that character into a fresh main campaign

Actually, it is pretty easy. Practically nothing to it but dropping down the content, and editing things with roll down menus and ♥♥♥♥. I made a couple little test campaigns to check out certain ambiguous features (like armor that adds +1 to a skill) in about 5 minutes.

Yeah after watching the dev tutorial alot of it is fairly easy, I just wish i knew how to add it the game.
And about Cheat Engine... I have no idea how that works, I'm not that tech savy ^^
