Not quite sure how you'd manage the player's character constantly swapping gender/cyber layout and so on... but if you can find a way then yes. Kovacs (pronounce it right, for Quell's sake) FTW.

You can't actually swap characters as far as I know of, but you can use a character bank to place your character away and use a fixed camera to have a "cut scene" but it would be very confusing, to those not in the know. The gender switch would also need a "fade to black" I am quite sure. I doubt most of the steam users would be willing to accept what happens.
