Room 401...is that the suite on the very top that's heavily-encrypted? If so, answer the vidphone.

You can get the code from the frightened cook on the second floor. In order to reach him you have to first go to the third floor, room 305; at the back of the room you can inspect a damaged area of the floor and bust through it to fall down to the second floor (and the cook).
If you can't be bothered with that the code is 5870.
