(SOLVED) BUG in Brotherhood Inner Sanctum

I love this game but I have a BUG that breaks the game completely once I'm in the battle against the giant-insect like creatures in the Inner Sanctum Section my game completely Freezes (animations of the caracters still are on) at a moment and I cant click on anything. Note that I can bring UI quickmenu pressing E or W I dont remember and I can also click on UI menus but nothing happens only game music still going and beeps from UI.

What should I do? Should I complain to the company and get refunded on my purchase? or maybe one of you had same problem ... please help! :D Steam rules!

I would like for you to Restart your level and ensure that use the last of your teams AP when freeing Mary-Louise from her cell. If you are still encountering this or another related issue then please let us know and tell us how you encountered the issue.

SOLVED!

Thank you very much! One of your team members guided me trought a simple process.

1- The situation where I use my last team AP didnt workout.
2- The issue went away when I brought out the console menu by pressing ALT + F1 and tried to reproduce the same bugg... Keeping it open while trying to freeze the game once more without doing anything else seems to have cleared the issue.

Harebrained Schemes you guys rock! with your super fast response and involvement I can play normaly again. I will continu to recommend this game to everyone of my friends since its so awesome. :D And I cant wait to see and buy the DLC.
