Security is decent. Don't take Shadowrun. Didn't see one usage for it.
Corporate will net you some decent stuff (used on MKVI), Socialite gets you a couple higher payouts, I've yet to see a Shadowrunner check pop up; I like my Academic one for my Decker because it makes them sound sm*rt, but I don't think it's given me any mechanical benefits so far.
Not sure about the others, really. I think I've seen a couple Gang checks, but no Street checks. Cha 5 will get you past a lot of checks by itself (oh, you developer trolls, knowing most of us just go for Cha 4), and Cha 6 will even get you out of a couple fights, but that's a huge point dump if you're not going Conjuration to skip a couple fights.
...Then again, either there's a random element or the Bloodline mission got changed with the patch to where Security Etiquette alone won't let you waltz through the basement giggling to your payday. There's a Cha 6 check towards the end (before the last room) that wasn't there on my first playthrough.
Academic and Socialite see some use, too, but they are more rare than the above mentioned.
Think of it as low life equivalent of Security and Corporate.
I think there are at least two conversation almost right next to each other that requires it.
So you might want to dump it in towards the end.
