1) Stay alive
2) Kill enemies
3) Stop the virus from reaching 10/10
1 is pretty straight forward. Make sure you stay in cover as much as possible, use medkits when necessary, and don't let the more dangerous enemies get too close. 2 is a bit more challenging since they keep respawning, but it shouldn't be too hard. Don't hold anything back. Use grenades if you have them, because you won't be using them after the last fight anyway. If you have shaman spirits left, summon them now and sent them to the bottom left of the map to kill the mercs that appear there while you focus on the top of the map. The third one is pretty simple as well, just use the computers to open the vents and then use the big buttons on the ground to vent the virus and slow the process. Note that this will stun your character for 1 turn, so be careful no to get caught between lots of enemies or the dragon's breath.
After a couple of turns the big ugly guy with the machine gun will appear. If you kill him the fight is over, but he has some mages protecting him so it might be wise to, as they say, geek the mages first.
I wouldn't advise skip on Hacking, particularly if you have troubles in the combat. It just requires not panic, first hack, then unlock switch with a computer, hack the second, use the switch unlocked, unlock second switch with the second computer, use the second switch unlocked. Start it since the beginning, no hurry but don't forget it, you should be close to have finish before the Orc comes and then you take care of him and finish the sequence. But yeah to finish you must kill him, take the key and use it.
Either Eiger or Dietrich can throw the Soviet grenades from the previous map for 1AP, which may be a better option than their weapon attack.
This is a good time to use any cram/flash you have handy.
Got the card to the terminal on 7/10, then just cleaned up the trash. Overall, not too hard. Oh yeah, I had my main running med kits because she didn't have a weapon of her own.
At this point your decker should be long time out of cyberspace and you need to take Audran down as soon as possible. This is the part where the taser comes handy because it does -3AP which can stun Audran in two shots (I had taser on my decker with 4AP so i got two shots with reloading). So the best thing to do is stun Audran and snipe out the mages so they wouldn't stall the fight with their shield spells. And then waste the dude, he drops a key to turn the toxin off so you turn it off and take out any remaining resistance which shouldn't be difficult since the mages are out, the grenadier is long dead and only annoying melee dudes and a rifle guy might possibly still be alive.
So basically it's very useful to have the taser from before and to +accuracy your guys, especially Eiger and when Audran comes marking him with +accuracy
If you are able to kill both mages in one turn, you are then free to focus entirely on Audran and bring him down within 1 or two turns. Picking up the keycard and using it is a one turn action for one character from the two way cover point on the left side of the table in the middle of the room.
Also don't hack If you don't have to (DPS), the spot is inseanly open and Blitz can be used to attack as well.
If you have to vent, do so by pushing the button and activating a valve (characters will get stunned out in the open) - if you do it at the end of your turn you should have enough DPS to manage to keep the threat level low.
And, by the way, the inventory system is simply horrible. You can't give items to other partymembers, you can't even sell obsolete items to make a few bucks. Selling my old decks or one or two old weapons might have given me the Nuyen to invest in better and more medicals before the final run - but not in this game, Johnboy. Yeah, as I said, I'm off ...
