Is there any way to get in here without a decker? Whats in there?

Possible bug with the foot lockers, when you get into one of the terminals it says you download the locker codes to your pda, but they arent listed any where and you cant open them.

I could be wrong but I think you get into the Armory with a code that is actually in one of the footlockers

And yeah the locker codes should have shown up in your PDA, that's a bummer.

must be a bug, the terminal that gives you the dialogue that you've downloaded the locker codes never becomes unselectable like the others and every time you open is back up it keeps saying the data is downloaded to your pda. It does download the door code for progression but you never get the other locker codes. Just locker 3 from the note in the kitchen.

Yup, that's correct.
Here's how:
the code to the lockers is in one of the terminals, if you don't have a decker with you, you can try to guess the password. Just have a look at the Humanis pamphlets, it's in all of them :-)

You can guess the codes for the doors if you think about the place and their political belief system.

I wish I could remember it. The thing is I can recall it was simple and kinda obvious, but now that I'm trying to remember it, nothing is coming to mind.

the codes were in my PDA, but you needed a slight bit of logic to get them in the right order, and you had to check your 'mission items' to actually see the codes.

this was a bug, they patched it this morning. I reloaded and old save and tried it again and this time i got the locker codes as i was supposed to. In the lockers you get the password for the armory.
