Shadowrun character attribute cap breaking the limits
I know this might not run with the whole tradition of shadowrun's race attributes limits, but I'd like to create a character of my own liking. I like elves and I want to create a unique strong elf, but I want the caps taken off so I can do this. Does anyone know if this is possible?

In Hong Kong there's a cyber-ware skill that lets you do that, but it's quite expensive in both karma and money to get that far.

In Returns, though? Not to my knowlage.
