How to get freetrack (IR tracking system) to work?

Hi there, can anybody help me with a hint on how getting freetrack to work in pCars? Used it in FlightSim via FSUIPC and it worked like a charme, but cannot get it to work in pCars.
As far as I know face tracking should work somehow.

Have had zero luck with FreeTrack. However, I use FaceTrackNoIR's point tracker plugin which works excellently, once the curves are properly sorted. I've also had good results using OpenTrack, although I'm still ironing some of the bugs out of it (mainly smoothness levels). Both are much more current than FreeTrack, and they are written by the same folks..

I have Track IR5 and it works only in the helmet cam.

I use EDTracker, and works fine, but I have to move a lot the head for the game begin moving the camera, Once it moves, the response is perfect, like a deadzone for a joystick. Hope we can set this zone to 0 and we can enjoy free view. Any solutions yet?

I got me a SONY PS3 Eye Cam for 7 bucks at Amazon and got TrackNOIR to work at once. I suppose any other cam with at leat 30 fps will do.

Still no luck with free-track though, but that's ok for me right now, since I like TrackNOIR more for I don't have to wear my Star Trek Base Cap Helmet ;-)

TrackIR works fine in helmet cam! A Google search would tell 7you this!

I use Facetrack No-IR, but have been unable to get it to work in-game. Yes, I'm in helmet cam. I see above that some folks got FTNIR to work fine. Would anyone mind cluing me in as to how? That'd be great.
I've tried numerous settings in FTNIR with no luck. .. Driving without head tracking is somewhat painful -- now that I got used to it in Race 07 and GTR 2 ;)
