[VR] how to disable 'head cursor'

For some reason the 'mouse' cursor is following the headset and points to where I am looking. Even worse when looking at something for 2 seconds I automatically activate it.

So I have to constantly move the head when I am reading some details, menus, ... which in turn moves the cursor and competes with the controllers where to point.

I didn't find any settings in the menu, maybe I just didn't see it but searching through menus while constantly moving the head and correcting cursor position is a pain in the a..

Why would someone do such a brainless copy/pase navigation scheme that might work for slim VR only games but for sure not when navigating through numerous menus?!
Especially there is no other VR support in the game but use it as '3D monitors', no VR controller support, no grapping, no walking through garage, ... just navigating through menus and driving.
