Career mode locked with a padlock . When or how unlocks?

Click 'New' button under the padlock!

in new tab put name, surname and parents and number on the car, but unlocks the next

When I started up the game, I saw the exact same thing, but I read "New" as "NEWS", so I had the exact same question. I mean... you wouldn't expect to have to click New right below the career mode which is locked with a padlock. I don't really like the way they designed that.
