I want to clarify, I wouldn't want PCars to be chasing some kind of numbers game. It's just that the quality of this game looks so beautiful on basically every level that I'd love to be able to have as many experiences as possible rendered with the kind of realism and fidelity PCars is creating. I would rather have a limited list than an encyclopedia of crap, but can I be forgiven for dreaming of a quality "encyclopedia"?
So no, don't expect to see a car list the size of Forza or Gran Turismo any time soon.

As long as it's not $5/car or something silly like that I suppose I'm ok with supporting the extra effort to develop more cars. I don't like these games that would cost thousands of dollars to unlock all the content when you're only going to end up using maybe 5% of it. We all eventually get our favorite cars and tracks so if you have to pay for each individually only to end up not really liking it that would suck. I love what this game is turning into.
This is excellent news. It is enjoyable to go through the process of unlocking cars but sometimes you just want to drive that one car and don't want to have to grind through hours and hours to get it. I definitely support this hybrid approach.

I'm going to update the track list soon, as since this video all the oval tracks have been deleted from the game... I think they will be re-added later, I'm not sure what the story is on them being taken out.
SMS did mention that they couldnt finish it in time so they removed them, it will come back as a DLC like the classic layout tracks.
