do you buy cars
my favorite thing in games like forza and GT is where i have to buy my own cars and upgrade them and stuff

No! No buying! In career mode you got the car of your actual class. And in single Race / Online you have already all cars to choose from.

"yusupov" apparently was banned elsewhere on a Steam forum and then whines about it. This individual obviously likes playing with fire and doesn't respect rules and authority much.

The point generally of buying cars is so you can drive them. This game (PC) is about driving cars, try it you may find you enjoy driving cars in this game more than buying cars in those other games. The reason being the cars drive better in this game. Plus the graphics are better too.

You can buy cars as they release them in DLC.
