City tracks and or rally races?
sorry if this has been asked but are there going to be city tracks at all? or is it all real tracks tracks? I really liked Project Gotham Racing games when you raced through major cities like London etc

and any word on rally racing? I enjoyed playing the Rallisport Challenge games on xbox1 back in the day.

either way, I am going to probably buy this regardless. was just wondering about these two things.

Thanks!

The game mainly has real racetracks, but a few are still based in cities such as the legendary Monaco Grand Prix circuit. There are also a 'bonus' set of point-to-point tracks based on real public roads in the south of France and along the Pacific Coast Highway. Future historic expansions will likely also include 1950s and 1960s road routes such as Rouen, Solitude and the original Spa layout.

Rallying was originally considered, and some physics tests were done to see how well it would work, but SMS and the community decided that it just be postponed to its own expansion or standalone game in the future, rather than trying to shoehorn it into a track racing game. Any potential 'Project Rally' will very likely become a spiritual successor to RSC if I have anything to do with it!

Or a spiritual successor to RBR would be most welcome also pez. :) Either way I hope there will be a WMD project for it to gt in on. The Journey with pCARS has been a wonderful experiance.

I'd be an instant supporter of a Project Rally game. :) Here's some exampes of city/road courses currently in the game.
