How to turn auto-shifting on?

I'm wondering how I can turn auto-shifting on as that is the only assist I want yet cannot find it in settings, thanks!

Click on the menu icon top right of your screen.Go to Help and Options, then Controls and change the Gearing option from Manual to Automatic.
