Thrustmaster TX won't work in game?
I have tried the thrustmaster help page and the wheel works for my computer but the game will not recognize it. It will not calibrate or work in game in any way. Works fine in my control panel configuration though. Any ideas?

I use the same wheel and it works perfectly. Out of curiosity, have you applied the most recent Firmware?

Firmware has been done, all updates, still no work!

If you go to the tab where you can change button assignments, try mapping the wheel to turn left / right. You should then be able to calibrate it.

Sorry if you've already tried this, but it's what I need to do with my csw for the game to recognise it.

Tried that already, it does nothing.

Try selecting the T300RS wheel and calibrating it. The T300 and TX use the same communication protocol. If that doesn't work then I don't know what to tell you other than it could be your wheel. Maybe uninstalling and reinstalling the TM software could help.

Have you verified the game files?
Have you tried plugging the wheel in a different USB port?
Does the wheel work in other driving games?

When you're doing the manual mapping do you rotate the wheel all the way around? I'm not at my pc now so can't be certain, but I'm pretty sure I need to turn the wheel virtually all the way to the left / right for it to be detected.

If it's working in the control panel, there should be no reason the game can't see the axis, I can think of anyway.

Did you ever fix this? I have the exact same problem!

Exactly same issue is happening to me now with a Thrustmaster T300 RS !!
HELP !

How's it going Ghanth?

What helped me was opening control panel and a little box comes up first with a choice of advanced or properties. Select advanced and make sure the wheel is set as your preferred device.

Hi,

things has got better for me too since then but it was solved another way.

Since i can't be sure of what finally was causing this issue, here is what i did:

- disabled Antivirus
- disabled Nahimic 2+ (which was messing with other apps at times; mainly EU4)
- switched to another input in Pcars control config
- switched back to Thrusmaster T300 RS in same control panel
- ran the steering calibration in game and that worked, finally !

Good for you man:)

What is nahimic?
Ghanth Jul 9, 2017 @ 10:57am
Yeah i'm back on tracks ! ;)
Nahimic[www.nahimic.com] is an audio enhancer.
Thanks for you help dude,
cheers !
