No damage in career?

Is there a own options for damage in career, or its it just a bug? I am damaging my cars in the other sp modes, exept career mode.

I'm having the same issue. This game has an insane amount of bugs. I can't even hear my tires.

I noticed damages to my car in LMP1 series. But no wheel came off my kart after a quite heavy collision.

I cant even provoke enginge or physical damage in career mode, but have 0 problems with doing it in timelaps etc.

not a bug change your difficulty .. if you want full damamge fuel usage and tire wear and engine damage then set it up like that than do that

I have in the options. Is there a own thing for career mode? As i have written before, there is no problem loosing wheels and so on in practice and quick race, but wheen it comes to career mode i drive straight in concrete blocks with no problems..

I just tested again, in LMP1 series in career mode, I ripped a wheel off, blew the engine, and had some body parts off the car. But to be honest, the visual damage of the car does not feel realistic, compared to other racing games in recent years. The force was big enough to rip off a wheel, but the suspention linkages remained undeformed? I think it is the suspention linkages who should be deformed first, rather than ripping a wheel off first in a collision.

Ok, havent tried LMP1 yet, im just at the beginning of season 2, and have discovered the missing damage when im driving cars like RUF and McLaten in invited events.

I have absolutely 0 career damage regardless of what car I use but am usually missing a bumper before the 1st corner in quick races.

guys are you serious? I am in formula rookie and my tyres goes off (edit: I mean career mode formula rookie obviously).damage ON in options. nothing more.

Yes we are serious, ive managed to damage one shock absorber on McLaren F1 when brushing an AI, but high speed front impact in the wall dosen't do any damage at all! So either its bugged as you know what, or a very few cars have damage, and the majority dosen't. Only car i have maneged to damage is Formula A (havent tried the other formula cars), and that shock absorber on the F1
