Logitech Wingman Formula GP

Hey guys, can anyone confirm if this wheel of mine works with Project CARS? You know, I just don't feel like buying it if I can only play it with my keyboard. Thank you in advance.

What settings are you using? Custom wheel or any of the presets?

Logitech Momo Force since that wheel is from the same time as the Wingman so I thought it would be the closest match in terms of Force Feeback ability and everything (it was the top wheel at the time but it was more rectangular to give it an F1 feel).

Because I couldn't find the Formula Force GP on the list in the game, I used the last one on the list [Microsoft I think].
Works fine, and with force feedback.
Not bad at all for a ten year old wheel.

In Need for Speed Shift 2 (same developer) the WingMan Force GT works perfectly, I just tried that again. You can feel every single stone on the street. Within Project CARS you cant even feel when your car drives over the street borders. Really disapointing...

I am on win7. it (the wheel & force feedback) worked with momo force setting after i installed the logitech driver for my old wingman. And i had to manually asign the throttle and breake to the pedals. The force feedback didnt work until i installed the logitech driver.

I have tried using this wheel (well the yellow one anyway), but even though it seem to be detected correctly in windows, it doesn't work inside any games.

I'm using the same wheel on win7 and you need to manually set the axis/button assignments
(other tab) before trying to calibrate it using the custom wheel choice.

I am using the Logitech Profiler v.5.04.110 and have the pedals set to report as separate.

My problem is I only feel centering resistance and some steering feedback but no shaking from hitting the gravel, etc.....

OK, my real problem is I can't afford a new wheel at the insane prices they charge these days.

help me pls. i got wingman formula gp i dont know wich preset to use and every preset i use seems to not work with my pedals. and do i go with seperate or combined pedals. my curent biggest problem are the wheels so help me

I got mine to work, including force feedback with the following procedure:
1. Download and install logitech drivers:
https://www.driverscape.com/download/logitech-wingman-formula-force-gp-usb
2. Choose the Logitech Momo Force preset in the game (combined pedals)
3. Adjust the brake preset in-game to your brake pedal. (somehow it combines gas with break pedal as default),
4. Preset key bindings on the wheel to your liking.

Tested with windows 10 64bit.
