How are the go karts?

I've never raced go karts in any game before. How is it compared to other games with go karts? Are they worth playing as? Also, the 250cc karts, can these be used on any track?

I think they are fun, and they can help you learn how to race if you're not used to real simulators. But this is the only game I've played go karts in, so I can't compare them to other games. And yes, the karts can be used on any track.

Just like the karts in any non-dedicated kart sim, it's trying to trick a suspension model into being a kart. They are ok, but they won't be as realistic as "Kart Sim" which is dedicated to simulating karts. I would say they are better than some of the kart mods I've used in other sims, but if you are looking specifically for a kart simulator go for Kart Sim.

Yes, you can use the 250cc Super Kart on standard tracks.

I spent the day at Bathurst in my Ford Escort and had a great race day and decided to jump into a tier 8 career..racing karts.
It was really hard to adjust from the ford escort.The karts are super zippy,slide around and the first track I encounted was tight with lots of tight turns.It took a totally different approach to driving compared to the real cars.
