NO or No ? why are you shouting ?
Fingers cross, I really would like the full line of GT3's and for that we need Lambo license. We can't get Porsche but RUF is always a good switch. We still need camaro GT3, mustang GT3, the new Corvette GT3 (unless they already in it) and so on.
i dont really see why you 'need' camaro or ford. i would like to see the c7 just because its the newest.
if they got ferrari or lamorghini licenses there are a lot of cars id rather see before a gt3 car tbh, but theyd almost definitely do the gt3 car if they got the license.
A Ferrari license would cost roughly the entire game's budget - they charge an absolute fortune which is why they're generally restricted to big publisher games, and even then it took Gran Turismo nine years to secure a license. They're in Assetto Corsa, but that's because Kunos are Italian themselves and have previously made a promotional game for Ferrari.
Lamborghini on the other hand is not only expensive too, but not actually that valuable for Project CARS. The licenses have been picked to make for competitive racing and focus on genuine racecars, but Lamborghini have only just unveiled their first factory-supported GT3 racecar this week, there's nothing else outside of a one-make trophy. Even that car is closely related to the Audi R8 LMS already ingame.
Don't get me wrong, it would indeed be nice to have a Huracan GT3 and a roadgoing Aventador, but as you say it's a lot of money per car. Maybe if a Reiter license could be sorted out too for the R-GT, LP600, SV-R and so on it might be more worthwhile, but it's on the list of 'things that only might happen if the game makes big profits'.
Project Cars developer made a Ferrari game previously, and it was not big budget.
And Euthenyx? A small developer had a Ferrari game with Ferrari only, and they were even allowed to wreck Ferraris in it.
Its maybe the only developer game ever which got Ferrarri's permition on that.
