I saw in many screenshot there are no real sponsor. is thath true ?

Most of the officially sponsored material is not allowed to be shared yet. That's why I haven't posted any Nürburgring video's in about 2 months.

if you meant the track side billboard and car liveries, most of them are fictional.

Licensing real sponsors just for the sake of it is much too expensive, but when cars come with officially licensed liveries like the McLaren 12C GT3 and BMW Z4 GT3, they feature all of the real sponsors. Circuit licenses often come with licenses for all of the real sponsors too, and as each license is finalised these pop up ingame.

Also keep in mind that you should see Real World liveries pop up in the Steam Workshop for free use as the Community complete's them and puts them up for sharing. Which by the way is a PC exclusive. PS4 and XBOne versions have no sharable livery support.
