The game won't start.

Hi everyone,

First I'd like to say that I'm very happy for all the effort put into the game so far, it looks great.

I have a problem with launching the game. I've tried re-downloading and verifying the game cache, as well as manually installing directx, etc, it doesn't launch. I tried to launch the game as an Admin from the folder and an application error occurs "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b)". Nothing loads. I've restarted twice, turned my firewall off, even uninstalled/re-installed the game twice. All my AMD drivers is up to date.

My PC Specs :

AMD FX-8370 Eight-Core Processor @4.0 GHz
AMD Radeon R9 290 4Gb GDDR5
AMD Radeon™ R9 GAMER SERIES 8Gb @2400MHz
Microsoft Windows 8.1 64bit
Corsair LX Series SSD 120GB + Thoshiba HD 2To ... ect.

I had a similar problem with Witcher 3. I had to re-download a .net service pack to replace a missing .dll. Verifying game cache and reinstalling the game did nothing to help, as I was missing an external file.

Sadly, I don't remember which package I had to reinstall, but maybe this tool will help:

Or maybe it's an entirely unrelated problem, in which case I don't know how to fix it.

Try reinstalling files in redistabutables folder,helped me on non start up sir.
