Any way to save setup for multiple tracks?
Is there a way to save a setup to use across multiple circuits? Or do you have to just manually make a setup for each one?

You can yes, just go to My Garage, edit/create a setup, when you go to save it, save to all circuits or select each track individually that you want to apply it to, before hitting save.

Thanks bigdog, i will try this bnext time. Does this apply to each car on all tracks?

Yes, currently each car has only 1 slot per track for garage setup saving and you can't save multiple setups for a car to the same track slot. Each car has it's own setup save per track of course, so for example if there's 80 cars in the game then you can make 80 different setups per track: one for each car.

A temporary way around this limitation (until it is fixed in a coming patch) is to save alternate setups for a single car to a different track that you aren't currently using. Most cars don't need widely different setups per track anyway, so if you want 3 setups for spa, e.g. 1 wet 1 dry and 1 experimental, then save your experimental one to spa and the other two finished setups to tracks you don't play and just write down or remember where you saved them for easy recall when you need them.

It's not a great solution I'll admit, but it's all we've got until the patch fix.

I'm a big fan of PCARS and this is hardly a 'game breaking' flaw even to a hardcore setup tuner like me, but I'll admit I am annoyed that something this important and obvious was both omitted from the initial release AND hasn't made it into the game via patch despite the game having several huge patches. It's beyond overdue and it needs to get done ASAP.

Thanks for the tip on how to do it. I don't think I ever even noticed the "my garage". I find the same basic setup works pretty well at all tracks, so really all I change is the downforce and gear ratios depending on the circuit.
