is it correct that there is no way that others can see my custom livery, e.g. by downloading mine and save it somewhere? (like it is with Assetto corsa or iracing, or...)

I think only in replays and silent mode . Customization is used in championships to differentiate teams.

Unless you can select it for instance for an online race, you cant "yet" even with the stock ones. And unless others can see it its fairly pointless, plus your not the first to have a video of how to do it. Its old news. Can only presume your after money from youtube adverts.

if they get workshop involved it will work, help ask for workshop with us so things like that can happen.
