the logitech gaming software is launched, but i did not create a special profile
Project cars can be touchy. I heard the same from another user on Windows 10 and he could play assetto but not project cars. Do you by chance have any controllers connected?
the game also works with my rumble pad 2 (if it is plugged in)
So when you go to controllers your wheel does not show up at all? No picture? Is there anything that shows up or is it just blank?
I just looked through all of the wheels. The G29 does show up but the picture is not colored like all the others. In the upper left hand corner for controllers does it say G29 for you or does it display something else?
it displays "logitech G29" an it is similar to the other wheels, just a nother name for the divice
Something else I would try is unplugging the wheel and changing the switch and then reconnecting. Only as a last resort though.
Go to control panel, choose devices and printers and you should see the wheel under game controllers. Click on properties then under settings tab is calibration then follow the prompts.
This is handy ESPECIALLY with the Logitech pedals that have the stupid rubber stopper in them like the G920 has. You can calibrate the pedal to work within range rather than tear them apart and void the warranty.
i already changed the switch, an do a lot of reconnects
remap?
thx to all
