Game won't start

Is anyone else having this problem? I just bought this game and it won't even start. The splash screen came up and brought me to the main screen, where I adjusted the graphics settings (restart required). So I restarted...or not? The game won't even start now. It's just the splash screen and nothing else. I already un- and re-installed. Anything else I can try? Maybe there's a way to reset the graphics settings so that it will start up again? Thanks.

Hey i got a similar problem (Windows 10).

Solution:
Go to the path C:\Users\ YOUR USERNAME \Documents\Ceville
Open the config file config.cfg with notepad.
Set a new resolution
Try full_screen=false
