❌ Unfortunately, due to its age, the community is quite small.
❌ You will need to tinker with the game's inner files to increase FPS.

Best WW2, best 'hardcore/realistic' shooter on the market, bar Arma and Squad which fill different niches. Even better than its sequel, RS2 except in graphics. (which just means weaker machines can play!)
Best machineguns and bolt actions in shooters ever. Snappy, powerful, high skill, mounting machinegun bipods actually works unlike other games.
Boxed free aim (no reticles) means you can point fire from the hip accurately.
Strong class hierarchy/dynamic w riflemen, MGs, assaults, and squad leaders.
Shockingly detailed and good tank gameplay. Even War Thunder doesnt have fully modelled and animated interiors.
Super atmospheric, great level design and environments (and a lack of ♥♥♥♥♥♥ forest maps). Haunting sound design, music, and campaign cutscenes.

Only issues is that artillery is way too strong. "Kill *everything* in a 30m radius for a minute and a half straight."
And that weapon choices are asymmetrical, somewhat unbalanced where Axis have strong advantage in MG's (fire rate, mag size, recoil), the assault rifle (no match), Allies tiny advantage in SMG's (fire rate, mag size), bolt actions (faster bolt), and semi-autos (faster reload). And the tank-only map is broken. ;-;

Single player campain was removed and online is already dead. There is no point buying this.
