seasonal sales are known ahead of time, but they don't specify which games will be on sale

I think steam has something where if a game goes on sale or special pricing, it has to wait a period of time before it can go on sale again. I would bet D4 isn't on autumn sale maybe makes winter sale but I doubt that as well. Would bet to see it in spring.
