pit20 and torment and unlock torment level

hi, i complete the pit level 20, but when i go to the statue to change difficulty and set torment I the level result locked...what i need do to unlock it? i done quest raffinery item and nightmare expedition, i need complete eco of hate? or i need buy the dlc? or is a bug and i need repete the pit lvl20? tnx

someone could explains this torment difficult level unlocking?

did you try logging out and selecting difficulty there instead of at statue?

the unlocking of tormentI maybe runs simple completing the pit20? now i relog and i see

i am in game, at the statue difficult torment is locked, but i have just completed pitlevel20

You need to complete Pit level 20 under the time limit.

Just completing it does nothing.

that didn't even cross my mind, i just assumed he meant that he finished it in the time limit

at the end says completed and the game gives me titles, i was sure needs only complete the pit, without time. because at the end of time its opened the guardian portal.

ok i repeat the pit20 until i end it in time
