When gonna next sale appear? Does anyone have any thoughts?

I just looked at the stats in SteamDB, there's a discount at the beginning of every month. But July they decided to ignore it, apparently.

yeah cuz they announced the dlc and they know ppl are gonna want it a bit more. Next month it probably will be back lol

They didn't ignore the sale, they can't put it on sale because they recently changed the price on the game, that's why it wasn't discounted for the Summer Sale as well (it was changed from 69.99 bucks to the current price)
Afaik Steam seems to have a rule in place that doesn't allow devs and publishers to put a game on sale a certain amount of time after changing the price, so I think the next sale might be at the start of august when season 5 starts, especially because they're an extremely greedy company and they'll want to cash in as much as possible before the expansion, plus to get more people to buy the expac as well by extension then

If you can wait, you should wait. Season 4 is almost over, and Season 5 looks like another disaster coming, so when the expac releases the base game is probably going to get discounted even more, you'll be able to grab it real cheap then
(it's definitely not worth spending big money for this game or anything related to it)

Sales happens every couple months, most likely around season-5 date start (August, 6), to boost the numbers
