does equipment carry over to season 3?
as tittle says, can i carry over equipment acquired in season 2, and use it in season 3?
stuff like Armor Weapon and Glyphs?
or we're just gonna grind those all over again?

No, it all goes to your eternal realm storage/character. You have to make a new character each season.
