If I buy the Standard Edition and the Deluxe edition from Vessel of Hatred can I Still upgrade to Ultimate ? I ask because there is the Bundle with D4 and the Standard Edition but if I get this and the Upgrade to ultimate in my cart Steam doesnt let me buy because it tells me thatI already have vessel of hatred in my Cart but its only standard edition ! I am Confused !

For these things its best if you ask in battle net and moderators there can give clearer answers. Just say you want to buy on steam.
In theory, you buy base game and ingame upgrade to whichever, but i dont know if you can upgrade from deluxe to ultimate paying the difference, since on steam this is nonrefundable, that alone might block you from upgrading.

I already asked them and they said that this problem is reported by many Players and they working or trying to find a Solution but cant Promise that they find it.

First reply doesn't know what he is talking about. Battle.net moderation replies and ticket replies are all done by a modified chat gpt with preloaded answers. You won't get any actual information from them. As for your question, delete your cart and buy a better game. You will be much happier. Stop supporting this woke crap and if they stop getting money for making bad games they might go back to making good games eventually. Giving them money for this crap is telling them please make more bad games. Just like Overwatch 2 is the lowest rated game on steams history, they still count it as a great success because people donate them money like they are running a presidential campaign.
