Playing a Storm-Werewolf hybrid Druid here too, and having a blast. Have my Wolves be Werewolves, and have one additional companion thanks to items.
And have Werewolf be my true form thanks to Unique item. Have another Unique item that makes my Boulders turn around in my Hurricane, and have Storm skills have a chance to trigger Earth skills, and vice-versa.
Lightning Storm as my main attack, and Cataclysm as my Ultimate.
It's mainly caster Druid. I started with Shapeshifting melee at first early, but found it to be a bit boring after having played a Barb in Season 3. So I changed course for my build not long after.
Nice. Basic Skills hit like wet noodles don't they? Even if you max them out and use Topaz in weapons to increase Basic Attacks DMG%, they're all pretty weak.
It's always nice to have other skills boost the Spirit/Mana/Fury instead. So good thinking on your part.
Eternal? Probably Minion Necromancer, since I think all the class changes that came with "Loot Reborn" have also been migrated to Eternal.
