Someone told me D4 is cyclical in content-nature. I want to try it, but is now a bad or the right time to start a character?

They said the game's content is cyclical so can get old if moved through too quickly, it comes in waves, and I am curious where the current wave/cycle is and if it is a good/bad time to start grinding a character?

It is a bad time. I suggest you wait until d4 has 200 shared stash tabs/unlimited infinite shared stash tabs firstly, after that you start it.

Nah, everyone is not fine. Don’t trust this human. Diablo IV: Vessel of Hatred has received lower scores compared with Diablo IV according to IGN and GAMESPOT. Critically, everyone has been suffering terribly because of no 200 shared stash tabs/unlimited infinite shared stash tabs. Score of Path of Exile II has risen up from Path of Exile I according to IGN, Path of Exile I and II have unlimited infinite shared stash tab feature.
