Report a translation problem
Scroll down to the Performance section then check the first line which is called Resolution Scaling.
For exemple if you have DLSS active then check it is on DLAA, other settings there will actually lower your resolution. (Even though you shouldn't notice that much of difference)
And going on ultra without manually tweaking the settings is probaly putting this value to quality or something else, DLAA is almost never selected automatically in any game.
This is also valid for FSR but I don't remember the settings in this case. Anyway it's at the same place.
