What means "more Potent" regarding the occult gems
Some occult gems have the ability to make some witch powers more potent.

Like "Your Common Psyche Witch Powers are 25%[+] more potent." But what means "more Potent". Nothing explains this. Does it means they got x0.25 stronger?

for example: If a witch power makes 1000 Damage, It makes 1250 Damage with this gem?

I mean, I guess that fits one possible definition of the word 'potent'... but probably not the definition that quite fits the situation here.
