So, no fullscreen option?
I have only two options available - windowed and windowed fullscreen. No normal fullscreen mode at all. I have RTX4070 GPU. What's wrong here?

In DX12 fullscreen do not exist, because DX12 differently manages the display and memory. If you see the fullscreen options in game, which is supposedly served by DX12, it means that it is an archaic code that only pretends to be modern. For example, Starfailed crap seems to use DX12, but in fact DX9 works in the background (seriously!).

Full screen is normal mode. I don't understand that there are people who don't have that.

dx12 doesn't have exclusive fullscreen, it's deprecated

What that means in reality? Can we enable full screen somehow? (I have a 4k monitor and the resolution is stuck to 4k but my pc can't handle 4k on diablo 4 with high settings. I can only play on window mode on lower resolution but the experience is not ideal. I want full screen so i can lower the resolution and use upscale after.)
