If you want to make a living with that, I would not recommend it.
Also, they are realm-wide, which means if you make more characters before Season 7 ends, you get to use all the already-leveled-up witch powers on all your characters in the Seasonal Realm!
the issue is with the gems, you need both different gem fragments, fugitive heads, and rot to be able to make 1 gem, and rarer ones consist of other gems of previous rarity, which adds to the grind
but yea, its good stuff
Seems stupid to lock your seasonal theme this way.
No grind as far as i've seen.
Have all powers i need at 14-17 and i've barely spend any time in the new zones.
Like the quote says, it's not much of a grind, really, but neither is it an immense boost.
What I've found is that the witch powers are good for leveling: the bit of extra damage you get is a big deal early on, in order to help level quicker. But once you get to level 45 or 50, the witch powers start to matter less because of how much more damage monsters can take by then.
Basically, witch powers are good for leveling for a while, and after that they become more of a slight buff.
I can second this: the maxed aura range, maxed poison dmg and maxed additional dmg ones melt enemies and help very much in leveling alts, especially if you give them a mythic weapon from your main.
