Berserk Event Pet Bug
The new pet is bugged out. On the open world, it just runs off in a direction and doesn't return, picking up nothing before re-spawning and doing it all over. Works just fine in dungeons or areas separate from the open world.

The pet AI should be the same. But a pay-to-lose pet sounds awesome.

I don't know if that is intentional. I don't know the lore of Berserk.
