Problems with putting on headgear

Hello. I have a problem with the headgear I'm wearing in Diablo IV. Namely, although I put it on in the wardrobe, in the game my character doesn't have it on his head. The problem occurs with every character I create. I will give Steam points to anyone who helps me solve this problem.

i think when your open your iventory, there is a hide helmet option, but not 100% and not willing to look right now, hoppefully this help you

Unfortunately, I don't have the option to hide/restore the helmet in my inventory :/

I found the options to show/hide the helmet, but unfortunately I still don't have the headgear on in the game

Check your wardrobe. You might have locked no helm on your "look". You can save different armor "looks" there. Can recolor too. Thats probably where your issue lies.

Unfortunately, it didn't help. I have every piece of armor equipped in the wardrobe in the game except for the headgear

If you don't have a helmet equipped, the cosmetic option doesn't show. Changing it in the wardrobe will only show it once you equip the actual helmet equipment.
