Traveler's Prayer.... problem

Stupid question, but hey I am only 1 day old, so...

I have the quest Traveler's Prayer. Found the body, read the note by it. Eventually decided to do the quest. Followed the brown line to the sign post with a blue circle around it (on the map). It tells me I am in the right place (You have reached your destination), but... I can't click on the post.
