Depends wildly on your tastes.

My initial impression for you is that you may not enjoy the game overall, where the PvP could hold your interest - be may take some time for you to get situated in it. Not sure if you'll enjoy the other aspects of the game as much to justify the purchase.

I would recommend PoE. Its free, no pay to win, has been supported with new content for a decade, and has a ton of fun and challenging stuff to do. My last PoE seasonal character was over 500 hours of playtime. My last D4 character got boring roughly 65 hours in.

Devs who made is are basically interns about arpg genre, and games in general i believe.

Diablo 4 is really bland, sail the high seas play diablo 2 resurrected instead.
