Black screen w/UI showing

I'm not sure this will work for everyone but it has for me. I've been testing it for about 2hrs now with multiple (over 15) town teleports, both using the tele-pads and character teleport.
I have an AMD GPU. This is what I did:
uninstall your display adapter (Whatever your gpu is basically)
Make sure that it initializes to uninstall your current GPU drivers and hit Yes or OK to do so.
Restart your computer. It'll probably freak out on-screen as it acquires your GPU and whatever drivers you had originally.
Go to your Device manager and make sure that your GPU shows in your Display Adapters drop-down. Windows should've "found" the older drivers somewhere on your system. If not, you'll need to find not the newest drivers for your GPU.
Try loading D4 up. Mine came up with the error that my drivers were too old. I just did the -bypassgpudrivercheck argument and it took me into the game. I've had zero (0) issues since I did this. Hope this helps in some way.
