Is it worth?
So is overall the game worth the money and time? I played diablo 3 when it was released and I had A LOT of fun but been hearing a lot of negative reviews about diablo 4, what is the situation of the game? If I would play it I prolly would have 2 more people playing with me and I am just wondering, how is the game in 2025

It's incredibily easy.
Endgame offers many activities BUT all of them are pointless, you literally end up oneshotting Duriel over and over to get the best loot in the game, which serves no purpose.
On sale it's worth it, it still offers hundred of hours of gameplay if like to experiment with classes, the average playtime x season is about 30 hrs, even less if you know what you are doing.

I would like to say it's a casual experience, that would be ok, but I'm more toward the fact that's an insult to the intelligence given how driven is the whole progression.
There isn't really a choice and, tbh, planning something makes no sense since the game is riddled with bugs and math formulas totally broken: if your calculator says that a given skill with a given equip should do "10" damage, don't be surprised if you see "10 Billions", it's broken at his core and impossible to balance for blizzard itself. They have been trying but I have the feeling that the team who started the project is no more and the current team doesn't know where to begin.

TLDR: on discount yes, offers enough hours to justify the cost.

Personal suggestion: buy Last Epoch if you didn't, in 2 days it gets a huge update.

No, it is not. I suggest you have bought the video game, when DIABLO IV has had expanding 10,000 shared item slot.
Or maybe when they fix the freezes and disconnects and the validating files ect ect. In case nobody wanted to mention it. Its worth playing even with the constant issues that i have this is not happening to everyone but its clearly documented if anyone looked.

Id suggest just replaying D2 or D3. Diablo 4 scratched not a single ARPG itch for me, i didnt love D3 but over the years i still played probably over 1k hours because i just really enjoy grinding in ARPGs, i probably put like 80hours at MOST in Diablo 4 and thats when it released trying to like it. There's nothing new in Diablo 4, nothing thats done better than other ARPGs, nothing fancy to hold your attention, it's just mindless running around a pointless world hoping something drops and it will eventually cuz everything is way WAY too easy in the game.
On sale yes.

If ur IQ is around 60 then yes it is a game for u higher than 80? dont bother
In Diablo 3 I've skipped half of the seasons. In Diablo 4 I play every season since it's much more fun with the easy co-op matchmaking and public quests :lunar2019piginablanket:
With a sale, probably, but there is a good chance you'll be bored after a couple seasons. You'd at least have a hundred hours or so by then.

Yes why not? the story it's ok and the new endgame it's also fine.
buy D2, this game is beyond saving. All items are about upside green arrow good" All items are particular skill focused "Increases chain lightning" This forces you to spam and use chain lightning. It's not like "electricity damage increased" or "electricity attacks can chain or hit additional and has 10% chance to crit multiple hits" This could have benefited a barb using electric Axe or a pure sorc with electric spells. All items are locked to classes and everything is boring.

This game killed itself and the dev team are clueless on what to do.
Not really, I think d2 is way more iconic and memorable especially when playing with a group you like.

this game is boring.
not rly.. buy d2r . miles better

Frankly, if I was so easily dissuaded by negative reviews then I would have never played some of my all-time favorite games.
I like it, I think it's as good or better than D3.
